The Analytics and Insights Section in Auqli provides you with an extensive overview of how your store performs, allowing you to make informed decisions based on data to better your business. From revenue tracking to learning customer behavior and product performance, the Analytics and Insights tab offers you detailed reports and visual representations to enable you to increase your sales.

Here is an overview of the most important features in the Analytics and Insights tab.

At the top level, you'll get a snapshot of your store's most important metrics.

  • Total Revenue: Get an idea of how much you've made over a given period, providing a top-level view of your store's financials.

  • Total Orders: Get a view of the number of orders made over the period you've selected, allowing you to track order volume.

  • Customers: Get a view of how many customers have engaged with your store, providing insight into customer acquisition.

  • Active Products: Obtain a report on how active and available to sell your products currently are in your shop.

Revenue by Category

This section breaks down your revenue by different product categories.

  • Category Insights: Understand which product categories are driving the most revenue.

  • Identify Opportunities: Find areas where certain categories may be underperforming and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Revenue by Payment Method

Track how your customers pay for your products.

  • Payment Method Breakdown: View how much revenue is generated through different payment methods (Paystack, Auqli Wallet, Cash on Delivery).

  • Payment Trends: Identify which payment methods are the most popular and make informed decisions for offering future payment options.

Order Analytics

Order Analytics gives you detailed insights into the performance of your orders.

  • Average Order Value: Monitor the average value of an order to provide insight into the purchasing behavior.

  • Order Fulfillment: View metrics based on shipping, cancellations, and returns.

Performance Metrics

Get an overview of key metrics to evaluate your store’s overall performance. Identify periods of growth or decline and make adjustments to your business strategy accordingly.

Revenue and Orders Trend

This section shows trends in revenue and order volume over time. View your sales and order trends monthly.

Product Category Performance

Understand the performance of different product categories.

  • Category Sales Breakdown: Track revenue, order volume, and sales trends for each product category.

  • Category Insights: Gain insight into which categories are underperforming, and which are your top earners.

Customer Insights

Gain deeper insights into your customers’ behaviors and demographics. Track and identify returning customers and repeat purchases, evaluate average customer value, and analyze customer activity to better understand customer behavior and optimize your sales strategies.

Top Customers

Identify your top customers base on purchase volume and frequency. See who your highest-spending or most loyal customers are and use this information to develop personalized marketing strategies or loyalty rewards for your best customers.

Key Insights and Recommendations

This section provides actionable insights and recommendations based on your store’s performance, helping you make informed decisions to drive growth. It also includes restock alerts for your top-performing products, ensuring they stay in stock and are available for customers, ultimately maximizing sales opportunities.

Low Stock Alert

Stay on top of your inventory with Low Stock Alerts. Get notified when products are running low, allowing you to replenish inventory and avoid stock outs. Manage stock levels more effectively, ensuring you don’t miss out on sales due to inventory shortages.

Category Performance Details

Dive deeper into the performance of specific product categories and individual products. This section allows you to identify which categories and products are driving the most revenue. Analyze the total revenue generated per category and track performance growth for each product, helping you pinpoint top sellers and areas that may require attention. This detailed view empowers you to make data-driven decisions to optimize your product offerings and increase overall sales.
