The Orders section in the Auqli Seller Side Menu is where you can manage all aspects of your store's transactions. This feature provides you with a comprehensive view of your orders, helping you track their status, process them efficiently, and take action when needed.

Each order on the list provides essential information to keep you fully informed about the status of every transaction. This includes the order number, customer’s name, ordered items, shipping details, payment status, total amount, sales channel, and order status. For a more comprehensive view, simply click the View Details icon to access further information about the specific order.

In the Orders section, you’ll see a list of all orders, which are divided into several key categories to help you manage them effectively:

  • All Orders: This is a complete list of every order placed in your store, including processed, in-transit, delivered, and canceled orders.

  • Orders to Process: This category shows the orders that are waiting for processing. You’ll need to fulfill these orders, prepare shipments, and update their status once they've been dispatched.

  • Orders in Transit: This includes orders that have been shipped but are not yet delivered. You can track the shipping progress and ensure everything is going smoothly for your customers.

  • Orders Delivered: Once the order reaches the customer, it will appear in this category. This helps you track fulfilled orders and monitor delivery success.

  • Cancelled Orders: This shows any orders that have been canceled, either by you or the customer. You can review the reasons for cancellation and take necessary actions.

You can also organize your orders by date range or quickly search via the search bar. You can also filter orders by payment status or sales channel for more effective management.

A convenient shortcut to the Returns Center is also available directly within the Orders Section, allowing for quick and easy access to manage returns.
