The Customers Section in the Auqli gives you a clear and concise overview of your customers, assisting you in effectively managing and dealing with customers. It contains important customer information, simple search and sort capabilities, and can be exported to be used in the future.

To help you manage your customers efficiently, the Customers section offers multiple ways to sort and organize your data. You can sort alphabetically, number of orders and amount spent. You can also type in the name of the customer to search.

Here's what you can see in the Customers Section:

  • Customer Name: The names of all your customers who have interacted with your store. This allows you to quickly identify individual customers and understand your customer base.

  • Location: Each customer’s location (e.g., city, state, or country). Knowing where your customers are based helps you analyze your geographic reach and tailor promotions accordingly.

  • Orders: The total number of orders placed by each customer. This helps you assess customer loyalty and track repeat business. It’s also an easy way to identify your most active customers.

  • Amount Spent: This column shows how much each customer has spent at your store in total. It helps you understand your highest-value customers and target them with personalized offers or rewards.

  • View Details: Click to access detailed information about the customer’s past/recent orders, activity feed, shipping address and customer statistics. You can message the customer or follow them.
