Creating clear, accurate, and visually appealing product listings is key to increasing buyer trust and boosting your sales on Auqli. Use this guide to avoid common mistakes and follow the right process for naming, describing, and uploading your products.

✅ What Makes a Good Product Listing?

Buyers rely on your listing title, photo, and video to make a quick purchase decision. A great listing is:

  • Descriptive: It clearly explains what the product is.

  • Visually accurate: The photo and video match the product name.

  • Searchable: It includes keywords that help your product show up in search results.

  • Neat and elegant: No jumbled names or mismatched items.

1. Use a Clear, SEO-Friendly Product Name

Your product name is the first thing buyers see—and it’s what helps them find you through search.

✅ Do this:

  • Use product type + material + purpose/feature (if relevant)

  • Include quantity if it’s a bundle (e.g., "3pcs")

  • Make sure the name exactly matches the item shown

Examples of GOOD product names:

  • 3pcs PU Cowhide Women's Tote Bag Set

  • Zara Crystal Rhinestone Flat Slide Slippers – Pink

  • Ngozi Full Support Bra – D Cup (3 Colors)

❌ Avoid this:

  • Vague names like "Bags and pam"

  • Combining multiple items in one listing name

  • Using names that don’t match the product photo

📸 Example of wrong naming: A listing titled “Bags and pam” showing only slippers (see attached photo). This confuses the buyer and hurts your listing’s visibility.

2. Match the Blip to the Product

Blips are short videos that increase visibility on Auqli. But they only work if the Blip matches the product being sold.

✅ Best practices:

  • If you’re selling a bra, the video must show that exact bra being worn or demonstrated.

  • If you're selling a product in multiple colors, show them all or mention them.

  • For bundles or sets, make sure the Blip shows every item in the set.

❌ Don’t:

  • Upload a Blip of one product and list a different one.

  • Use the same Blip for multiple unrelated listings.

  • Show a product in a color you’re not offering.

3. Do Not Combine Different Products in One Listing

Even if you’re selling shoes, bags, and hats, each one must be listed separately. Combining them leads to:

  • Buyer confusion

  • Wrong deliveries

  • Lower conversion rates

  • Rejection from Auqli’s content team

🧵 Each product = one listing.

If you want to sell a bundle, use an accurate name like:

3-in-1 Matching Leather Bag + Wallet + Crossbody Set – Brown

And show all items clearly in both photos and the Blip.

4. Use Variants for Different Colors or Sizes

When you have the same product in different colors or sizes, do not create one listing with a photo dump. Instead:

  • Use product variants if available.

  • Or create separate listings for each color/size.

🎨 Example: If you sell the Ngozi Full Support Bra in pink, blue, and black, list them as:

  • Ngozi Full Support Bra – D Cup – Pink

  • Ngozi Full Support Bra – D Cup – Blue

  • Ngozi Full Support Bra – D Cup – Black

This helps buyers quickly find the exact one they want—and helps your listing rank better in search.

5. Product Photo Must Match the Name

We reject listings where the photo doesn’t match the product name.

📌 If your product name says “tote bag,” don’t show shoes.
📌 If your listing says “4-in-1 Hair Curler Set,” the photo must show all 4 pieces.

Keep your product gallery neat:

  • Avoid collage photos

  • Use clean white or natural backgrounds

  • Avoid blurry, low-resolution, or filtered images

6. Use Elegant, Trustworthy Titles

Your title is a marketing tool and search tag.

Avoid:

  • Slang, chatty language, or local terms (e.g., “pam”)

  • Mixed-language listings

  • Overly casual phrases

Do:

  • Use product language that builds trust

  • Speak like a professional seller

Examples for Reference

Bad Listing Example

Why It’s Wrong

"Bags and pam"

Too vague. Two unrelated products. Doesn’t match image.

"Ladies pink shoe and top set"

Doesn’t describe shoe type. 'Top' is unclear.

"Clothes + Slippers Combo"

Bundling unrelated categories. Low buyer confidence.

Good Listing Example

Why It Works

"Crystal Flat Slides with Bow – Blue"

Matches photo, searchable keywords

"3pcs Faux Leather Handbag Set – Black"

Specific, clear, professional

"Full Support Bra – D Cup (3 Colors)"

Accurate title, correct sizing

Final Tips

  • Be honest: Don’t exaggerate your product name. Buyers can report misleading listings.

  • Be specific: Say what it is, not just what it looks like.

  • Be clean: Keep titles free of symbols or random capital letters.

  • Be consistent: Make sure your product title, photo, description, and Blip all match.

For sellers who follow these rules, sales improve dramatically. Buyers feel more confident when your product name, visuals, and Blips align.
